iPhone Charging Problem

I tried charging my iPhone with my apple adapter but it was not working. I confirmed that the adapter was not working by connecting it to other phones. Now, I tried charging it by connecting it to another non apple,but working, adapter but again it wasn’t charging. It is getting charged when i connect it to a computer. What could be the reason?

My phone is in warranty. Can i claim the warranty for the charger?
