Note that internal storage cannot be increased on your iPhone. So, you'd have to keep them in iCloud. Use your computer to download it, as it would be more user-friendly doing so.

1. Go To: Download iCloud Photos and Videos - Apple Support
2. Scroll to: On your Mac or PC
3. Proceed from there as necessary
