Where do you need the space?
If on your mac - then for most modern machines it is not possible to upgrade the internal storage. You can buy an external drive, and put your library on it to save the space on your system drive. See:

If you need more iCloud space then see:

But bear in mind: having more icloud storage will NOT save internal storage in your device. You can save internal storage by setting "optimise mac (or iphone) storage" in icloud settings if you already have enough iCloud storage for your library.
