Awards doesn’t appear after 9 days

I have closed all my rings on the week of March 29th till April 04th and 3 awards that doesn’t appear in my App:

Perfect week (exercise)

Perfect week (move)

Perfect week (All exercise)

The only one that I received immediately was perfect week (stand).

both my watch and my phone are with the latest SW version.

what else can be the issue?

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 14

Fitness Awards Earned But Not Awarded I’ve been increasingly more active lately and have noticed some fitness awards (monthly challenges) are given immediately upon earning them and others (most recently the 2021 Heart Month Challenge) are met (according to my Move/Active/Stand ring metrics) but are not awarded, and then completely disappear from my app view. I use an V5 Apple Watch and the latest iPhone and both softwares are up to date. Awards on Apple Watch series 3 My friends informed me today that they have the world environmental day award to complete but I have No award for that on my activity app. I would Love to get this award but it is not showing up on mine, I have Closed out apps on both the watch and my phone, I have Powered off both and still nothing. My watch has been updated and so has my phone. Like I said I would Really like to get this award but it is not showing up for me :(
