I have purchased renewed Macbook Air and when I am turning it on it is giving me option like "welcome"
in just a few steps you can register and set up your mac.
after that all option are hide, I can not use keyboard for selecting any option.
Please help me ASAP.

Renewed / Refurbished ? - If this was purchased Directly from Apple - log into to your Apple Account and request a Return and Refund. If purchased from a Third Party Store or person - take it back to the seller and request a Full Refund.
