Apple Fitness videos don't load

I'm loving the Apple Fitness workouts and want to keep subscribing but 50% of the time they won't load and play. My internet connection is fine and I can play other videos (YouTube etc) but these just keep trying to load and failing. Sometimes I get part-way through a workout and they cut out for a while.


Any suggestions? I want it to be worth subscribing.

It sounds from your post, that you are having issues while streaming the Apple Fitness+ videos.


Restarting the device you are streaming from can help. While simple, this can refresh the operating system, apps and connections.


You also want to be sure that all software is updated to the latest releases.
