Apple Watch and Spotify

Hello,

I have an Apple Watch 6 running OS 7.4.1. I have a Spotify Premium account and I have cellular on the watch. Spotify worked well on cellular on the watch without my iPhone for a number of weeks but for the past three weeks it has stopped working. When I try to play something from the watch on cellular I get a message saying "Something went wrong." "Check your connection and try again." However, I can make calls and otherwise use data from other apps.

I have tried wiping the watch and reinstalling everything from scratch but that did not help.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
