My phone charges just fine using other adapters and devices but I just got a new Buick enclave Avenir and it will not charge my iPhone 12 using the wireless Q1 pad although it will charge my husbands iPhone 8. What is the fix for this?

To verify, do you get any alert when you attempt to charge from your car, like accessory not supported or anything similar to that?
