App worked okay until latest update 14.5.1
Now will not work at all. Says developer needs to update software for it to work.
Is there any way of retrieving what was in the vault ?
same app does not now seem to be in App Store anymore either.

I have almost 15G of data stored in App Calc+, which is now inaccessible. I have cutes, videos and important documents. We purchased this App through the Apple Store platform, so Apple is responsible for that. It can't just throw all the responsibility to the developer. We need to put pressure on Apple they need to find an urgent solution!!! And respect your users.
Do you have to have a MAC?
It is not the robot parrot .. I see there are other similar photo vaults but calc+ logo is very specific and doesn’t seem to appear in the App Store anymore. This is just sad
I read the article on retrieving my pics. But my phone won’t update. So hopefully I’m able to do this.
Have you guys called Apple support yet ? They should be able to help us. It’s their platform. I mean how are we ever going to tryst any photo vault ever ???

You have to delete yourself from the thread. We can’t do anything.
Why on earth would deleting the app completely be a solution. I’m crossing my fingers that onewave would update the app so we can store our invaluable data somewhere else safer.
I had an older iPhone that I had saved, opened it up and retrieved all of my pictures that way..
After you followed the steps, did you download the app that you just posted?
Guys …. How did it work for you? What steps am I missing out ?
The app is no longer available so once it’s offloaded, can’t be reinstalled.
