Just wanted to check .... Does any iPhone 12 users are facing a similar issue that I am facing? getting heat while taking photos and getting heat while Charging? Does APPLE fix this kind of issue? or replace with the new device

1. unfortunately, I am facing very hot, when I start open my camera and taking photos my phone will start heating up slowly and it will reach that I cannot hold it.
2. When i start charging my phone up to 80% of phones get heat, and then it will come down in a cool state.

I wanted to check did anyone face this kind of issue? did APPLE solve this issue?
