Hi,

Just visit this page, then select your product and your issue.

Usually, they offer you to make a reservation in a Genius Bar.

If you don’t see this option, other options like call us should appear; then select it to talk with them and maybe make a reservation by phone.

If you prefer, you can just find the nearest Apple store, then call them to make an appointment, without making it through Apple support website.
