My credit card has Apple charges that are unfamiliar. I can't fine them on the site. Nor can I find means with which to identify them; or get Apple help; or ask for a refund since I have to identify the purchases. Running in circles!!!!

Go to this one-stop for billing issues Subscriptions and Billing - Official Apple Support. You can review your purchase history, check specific purchases that were reported as from Apple, and, if appropriate, request a refund.
