My iPad that I’ve had for 3 years which has had zero problems in the past, is now not working, I tried everything and nothing is working, I attempted to get help from apple support but no response.
Please help.

You would be best advised to seek assistance from the technicians at the Genius Bar of your local Apple Store - who will be able to test and assess your iPad for a fault.

Unless you have an existing iCloud or iTunes backup of your iPad, you must accept that your locally stored data may be lost.
Startup screen? Would this be the initial “hello” screen from which you initially configure a new (or fully reset) iPad - or perhaps the “boot” screen that shows the Apple logo? Something else?

Sorry, the apple logo. I tried holding down both the home button and sleep button, I left it overnight to charge but nothing changed, I don’t have a laptop so that doesn’t help either, from time to time the battery logo would pop up but that changed nothing.
I don’t know what I’m doing wrong and I really don’t wanna have my data reset.
