Can I reset my Iphone and keep my apple watch paired

I need to reset my iPhone but I don't want to lose my apple watch pairing.

Is there any way that I would be able to do this?

I had a repair done on it and it won’t let me connect my watch it’s saying I need to disconnect any other device it was paired with but I can’t seem to do that. What do I do?
