What does it mean when there are 2 orange dots simultaneously- one on the left side of the signal bars and the other at the top right corner of the battery symbol while voice recording? A few minutes before that the microphone symbol and and orange dot next to signal bars were on at the same time while I was on the Home Screen.

In regard to the orange icon next to the battery, if you tap Settings > Battery, does the Battery Usage By App section show Voice Memos using significant battery?
