I am currently in India and the lockdown is prevailing. Any other solution..?
It appears to be a mechanical issue and I recommend that you do not attempt to repair it yourself. If you do this then you will void the warranty.

Why did the hinge on my Macbook air M1 512gb...got tight suddenly..? I bought it on 22Apr 2021 and from 10th May the hinge is way too tight to lift up with one hand.
