You're not addressing Apple here. This is a public tech support forum and we, just users like you, are not aware of Apple products availability.
The only thing we can confirm is that newest iPad Pros 2021 will be available on the second half or May, as per Apple announcements, but it depends on the country you're in, and the model tech specs you pre-order.
No certainties about the availability.
