EarPods are not working

One of EarPods has just quit working. I’ve reset them, cleaned with q-tip and then reset. Still no go. I bought them in Sept so they are not even a year old. Suggestions?

AirPods will not work I bought AirPods in November of this year and the right one stopped working. I tried to reset them and now neither one will work. Please fix or replace. thank you!
