My iPhone 7 will not record audio

My iPhone 7 is not recording audio in any app. In the camera app, the mute button is enabled but it is gray so I can’t click it. The Siri also is not picking up any sound.

It means that some settings are managed by a profile installed on the phone by your organization, and you can't change these settings without deleting this profile.

To see if your phone is managed by a profile, please go through Settings-->General-->Device Management.

If there's a profile in it, click on it and then press "restrictions". There you'll find all prohibited functions by the profile.
