after 2 of buying iphone 12 pro max my charging cable stop working. I can exchange it?

Apple One (1) Year Limited Warranty Accessory

Returns & Refunds

However, the problem may be a dirty charging port. Try cleaning it.

Also see:

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won‘t charge
