On my first iPad my payment method was via an American credit card. I no longer have access to that card. On my new iPad I am trying to change my region and payment method from America to Mauritius but it keeps blocking me because I have 10 cents credit left! I need to do this urgently because tonight is the last chance to avail of the one year free Apple TV sub that came with the purchase of my new iPad. Please help!
