Faulty phone
I have an phone that is 4 months old and the volume doesn’t work.l it’s on contract with o2 and they have offered to send it off for repair with no replacement so I won’t have a phone for a week. Will apple replace it?
If you are in UK then consumer protection would place responsibility with the retailer (O2) not the manufacturer.
Even if Apple was the retailer you would only get fast replacement with AppleCare+
