Audio problem

Just bought new MacBook Air M1.

I have problem with sound, after I pluged my audio card Focusrite Scarlet 4i4 3gen. When I am speaking to Mic(pluged to Focusrite), the sound stutter. I got this while using messenger, discord etc

Interestingly, while using DAW(Reaper), everything is OK.

I will add, that when I Am using built-in microphone, everything works fine.


Audio card working without any problems on Windows.

I am new on this system, and dunno what to do;((

Help me please!!!

Thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities. We understand that you are having audio issues while using a third party audio card with Mic. We would love to provide support on this.


The fact that the internal volume, speakers, and mic are all performing normally and you also use another third party service and that also works fine tells us that the issue is within your Focusrite Scarlet. You may need to have it serviced or replaced.
