Issues with second external monitor

Hi,

my second external monitor flickers and turns off and on after wake from sleep. using caldigit thunderbolt 3 dock to hdmi (second unit so its not the dock fault)

Console gives this reading when flickering happens

Hi!

heres a list of thing i have tried with no luck:

Reset NVRAM, SMC
disconnecting dock from power and reconnected
Disconnecting both HDMI monitors
"Detect Displays" in Settings
Changed resolutions/refresh rates
Mirror and un-mirror displays
bought 2 new HDMI that support 4ka t 60 cables and the issue persists.
new CalDigit dock unit (this is my second unit)
