Exchange apple watch

If the purchased was from a non-Apple store, you may have to contact that store to discuss it's return / exchange policy.

It seems, if the watch was purchased from an Apple Store or Apple online, you may have to contact Apple to find out for sure whether your watch can be exchanged in your location. (Apple do want people to be happy with their Apple items. )

If purchased online from Apple,:

• may need to be returned for a gift card to use with Apple
• may need to be exchanged within 14 days of purchase in some countries

Well, you only have 14 days from purchased date to return with no question ask.

And you do need a receipt.
