The 4th general ipad pro 12.9 does not have a thunderbolt connector, it only has usb C . The new 5th gen ipad pro has the Thunderbolt.

I need to buy a 10 ft cable, Apple doesn’t sell a 10 ft cable. So I would like to know the REAL specss for what generation of USB C that is supported on the 4th gen ipad pro 12.9.
can someone knowledgeable about the REAL TECH SPECS please respond. I have searched the Apple website and can’t find it.
i want to get the fastest cable that works. But don’t want to pay higher price of gen 3.1 or gen 3.2 USB C cable if it’s not supported; if only gen 2 is supported then I will buy the cheaper gen 2 cable.
