Personal Hotspot not working after the last update
Hi,
My Personal Hotspot (3G) was working fine until the last update (14.5.1).
The carrier has no idea what is going on. Shall anyone have a suggestion for helping me with this issue?

Based off the screenshot, your phone isn't provisioned to use hotspot.
contact your phone carrier and speak to someone higher up or knows what to do, hotspot is their feature.
