Allowing Youtube on kids iphone (age restriction)

My daughter is 12. I want her to be able to watch youtube on her iphone. The app is invisible/hidden however since she has 12+ restrictions on her phone. And that seems to be all or nothing. (YT uses 13+ in a lot of countries)

All or nothing is very 'crippled' in comparison with the screentime restrictions that can be set up more or less tailor made.

Is there a way around this? (Allow specific apps/YT tO bypass the age restriction as a parent?)
