I recently had my HD go bad on my laptop and I lost about 30 Gigs of music, I realized I have about 9 Gigs on my iPad how do I transfer those songs to a new PC (not purchased ones I created from CD years ago) My ipad apple ID and my itunes apple id are the same, But I can only find transfer purchases not anything else thanks.

Correct. Your iPad (or iPhone) cannot serve as your music repository.
