How can i recover my notes password
How can i try to open my notes if i forgot my notes password. I tried touch Id but it doesn’t work for the notes to unlock.

There's no recover if you forgot the password.
FYI: There's no time limit but you have to remember and use the correct password to decrypted the notes.
Note: Reseting password is only for new encrypted notes.
