Using FindMy with Powerbeats Pro seems to be a recent feature and I can only find an article saying how to use it, not set it up. However, I suspect it may be similar to doing this with Airpods:

How to set up Find My iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Apple Watch, AirPods - https://support.apple.com/HT205362#findmyios - "When you set up Find My iPhone, your paired Apple Watch and AirPods are automatically set up too."
