Do mean password or passcode?

A passcode is a four or six digit number used to lock a single device. As it's stored only on the device it cannot be retrieved and the onlyl way to unlock the device is to erase it. Please see If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support

The password is an Apple ID used to Activation Lock the device. You can gain access to the account of a deceased family member but note that this requires you to obtain a court order and know the Apple ID. Your phone has been disabled because you entered the wrong password too many times. This too means that the only way to proceed is to erase the phone. You are not going to be able to use the phone unless you erase it. I'm afraid there is no way round this. You can restore its data if you made a backup to iCloud.
