playback speed

I am using the Apple TV app (v 1.1.4.110) with macOS Big Sur (v 11.3.1).

Can I increase the playback speed (e.g. to 1.5) while watching movie (e.g. Greyhound)?

I should have clarified my question better.

I am watching on a Mac computer with the Apple TV application program, not with the Apple TV hardware. So no remote control.

I am asking about playback speed functionality.

This functionality would allow you to watch a video at an accelerated speed, not just fast forward.

Something like the option in YouTube settings.
