New iMac 24” and AutoCAD

Does anyone knows if the new iMac is suitable for AutoCAD?

I don't think the iMac 24s have shipped yet. That is probably a better question for AutoDesk, as tradition says that software developers must adapt to new hardware, not the other ay around.


According to this Autodesk support article, AC 2022 run on M1 Macs but requires the Rosetta 2 emulator:

That means they have not re-coded the app to run natively on an M1 Mac. You need ot check with them for further clarification.
