how do you change iPhotos to photos?
I couldn't stream my iPhotos from my phone to my Mac. It says My " iPhotos needs to be changed to Photos". How do I do that?

Simple.
Quit iPhoto.
Hold down the option (or alt) key and launch Photos. From the resulting menu select 'Choose Library' and point at your iPhoto Library. It will do the rest.
Then delete the iPhoto app.
Done.
