iPad Repeatedly Restarting

My iPad abruptly shut off and restarted. Then all was fine. Then it happened again, and before it got to the unlock screen, it restarted again. And now it’s cycling, getting almost fully booted up, sometimes even getting to the unlock screen for a split second, then restarts again. I have tried to hold down the start button and home button to force restart, but no luck. It’s been doing this cycling for about twenty minutes, over and over. I have it unplugged and am wondering if it runs out battery maybe it will restart, but it will take awhile as it had plenty of battery. Any ideas?

iPad, 14
