Did you replace the battery with a third party battery?
No, I went on my phone as usual and my apps kept crashing, so I reset my phone (turned it off and back on) and when I did the Apple logo kept showing for around an hour and a half or two. So I tried to factory reset, nothing happened. I decided to leave it on the charger and let it sit because I was frustrated. I check back like 30 minutes later and it turned on. I checked settings to be met with new information as stated above. Never did anything with my battery.
You may have a hardware issue with your phone. It would be advisable to schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar for evaluation and options.
Thank you for the help.
You're welcome and good luck.
