I get this each time I try and create an acct. I’m just trying to get it to work for games for my daughter nothing else

One Method is Needed:
You need at least one method of payment assigned to an Apple Account. So, if you do not want to use a card of sorts, then see if using PayPal would be an option for you. Go Here: Payment Methods that you can Use with your Apple ID - Apple Support.
