You can't. iPhone memory is fixed the moment you buy it. So whatever memory which came on your phone when you bought it is all you get. If you are low on memory, you need to delete things you don't need or use, such as photos, music, apps, messages, email, etc. Or maybe it's time to think about upgrading to a more modern iPhone with more memory.
