I cancelled my automatic payments for the Itunes and App store, and I'm trying to reactivate it? It's not allowing me to, I went and searched up this issue and I found that I need to resign up for paypal payments with the merchant but I can't figure it out. Whenever I select paypal for my payment method on my iPhone, it just tells me it's not available.
