It keeps saying the photos app hasn’t been updated in over 30 days and can be updated over wifi. I have wifi turned on so how do I update it?

Thanks for your reply, I don’t know why it says it hasn’t been updated in 30 days. I have the newest iOS running and I have plenty of storage. I’m only using about 30gb of the 128ish that I get. And I’ve only got 3,000 photos. I’ve backed up iCloud and everything. I don’t know what’s going on honestly. I have noticed that I have trouble sending photos and videos sometimes and maybe that has something to do with it. I’m not sure.
