My battery has very low charge

Hello

After having my mac (13" late 2016 with touch bar) for ~3.5 years, my battery seems in very bad shape.

I tried resetting the SMC and calibrating the battery as well (fullycharge->drain->let it sleep >5h->open), but the numbers are very dissappointing.

ioreg -l -w 0 | grep Capacity

| | "MaxCapacity" = 2200

| | "CurrentCapacity" = 362

| | "LegacyBatteryInfo" = {"Amperage"=1724,"Flags"=7,"Capacity"=2200,"Current"=362,"Voltage"=12283,"Cycle Count"=858}

| | "DesignCapacity" = 4315

Is this normal for a 3.5 mac ? I usually work with cord in, but often with battery. Is there anything I can do on top, or indeed the only solution would be to get a new battery ? If the formal is the case, do you know the cost ? I found these values https://support.apple.com/mac/repair/service but are these prices final, or just the cost of the battery alone and then you pay + labor on top of that price?

TIA
