Missing iPhone
Hi, I had lost my iPhone 11 Pro so when I try to find it on find my app, it’s showing that your iPhone is offline so can I know the location of my iPhone if I provide IMEI or serial number.

apple can't help you legally, which is why they made the find my app
the serial number is of no use here
if given the IMEI number the police and get a judge to give them a warrant which allows them to force the carriers to triangular track the phone if it's on of cause, this is a very big and costly process and is only really used in cases of missing persons.
