I lost my AirPods after 1 month. Is there an unlimited warranty?

There is a warranty, however, it is not unlimited, it is in fact limited, and does not cover theft or loss of the AirPods.

It is a 1 year (some countries 2 years) warranty for manufacturing defects.

Contact your home owners insurance provider, they may have clause that covers things like that, though, they may not,.
