How to Fix dead Pixel

My mother's Iphone Showing some green line on her mobile display. I think it is Dead pixle'

I also checked this on white screen. Can anyone tell me how to fix this problem....

If it is a dead pixel you cannot fix it. Suggest going to an Apple store for service as the only choice is to replace the screen.
