Apple Pay/ signing out

If I sign out of my apple account and sign back in, is my Apple Pay balance going to disappear and start at 0 ? Because currently I have 100 dollars on Apple Pay, and I haven’t been able to use it at stores because it’s not working correctly. So if I sign out and sign back in is my Apple Pay balance going to stay ?
