How can I completely delete an app as if it's being installed on a new device.

I have clash of clans on my phone and I need to wipe the local data off of clash of clans. I tried removing it from iCloud, deleting it through storage in settings, hiding it in the app store, and even made a new apple ID to try to escape the local data. Nothing worked and now I'm forced to use an android emulator on my pc, and that worked no problem (obviously). I just want to be able to run the app as if I have never ran the app on this phone.
