Keep getting keychain password pop ups on new MacBook Pro

Ive had my MacBook Pro for about a month. Its the latest M1, running on BigSur 12.2.3.

I keep getting pop ups prompting me for keychain access at random times. The common one is for something called "sharingd".

I use Touch ID to unlock the MBP usually. So not sure if this has anything to do with why I keep getting prompted for the same password?

Hope you guys can help.
