Logitech 4k Pro webcam not working with CalDigit TS3 Hub and M1 MacBook Air

I have my 2020 M1 plugged into a CalDigit TS3 Thunderbolt hub powering two HDMI monitors. I am using a Logitech 4k Pro webcam for video chat, which I've plugged into the CalDigit hub. I can see the webcam light come on indicating that it's being recognized but the video screen is black. Is this a M1 or CalDigit issue?

For what it's worth—when plugging ethernet into the CalDigit, it also does not power the Mac. WiFi only right now.
