Cannot print the Apple invoices. Invoice from apple should be send as an attachment!

Why for heaven's sake is it not possible to print an Apple bill?

Why is there not just a PDF attachment with the email? I see all kinds of answers to the same question here on this platform: that you have to print via ICloud mail or make a print via PDF preview, but isn't just insane that a company like Apple cannot send an invoice in a normal way that just can be saved or printed.

This is also not possible in iTunes for purchases.

It drives me crazy!

I hereby want to ask Apple why there is no attachment in the e-mail and do not want to receive an answer that an invoice can be printed in a detour. This is not an official invoice (often the headers of the email are in the print or pdf) and as a customer who pays for a service, I am entitled to receive a normal invoice!

I've just scrolled through many of the questions being asked here and feel like I'm not the only one ...

Thank you for your reply.

Of course the mail can be printed, but then you have a print with the header of the email on it. I don't think this is very professional. The invoice cannot be printed separately as such. Is that possible with you?

My accounting processes practically everything via digital invoicing, so I want to save the invoice in my accounting folder instead of printing it

This is not possible from the mail. If I then export the mail as a PDF myself, I will only see the header of the email in the PDF, the rest is blank.

I now have to 'print' the invoice and then save a PDF in preview.

I still have a pdf with the header of the mail in it.

It is still not the official invoice and it looks unprofessional for me,

and the recognition software of my accounting program does not work properly on it.

When I go to purchases in iTunes in my account, there is also no invoice to download.

This does not occur with any other company, only Apple.

At Adobe, for example, all invoices for subscriptions can be downloaded in my Adobe account.

To be clear: I only work with Apple computers (iPad, iPhone, macbook air) and apple software (Apple Mail etc)

Why is it not possible for a giant like Apple to normally send their customers an invoice in PDF or have it downloaded to their account?

Trust me, I've been an Apple loyalist all my life, so I'm not here trying to bash the company. I just don't get it.

Apple doesn’t routinely monitor the discussions. These are mostly user to user discussions.

If you want to, you can send Apple feedback. They won't answer, but at least will know there is a problem or a suggestion for change. If enough people send feedback, it may get the problem/suggested change solved sooner. Pick the closest topic you can find.
